Intro:
Pickleball isn’t just about hitting the ball — it’s about understanding the structure of the game.

We break it into 3 key phases:

  1. The First 3 Shots (Serve → Return → Third Shot)

  2. The Transition Game (Drops, resets, flicks, off the bounce speed ups)

  3. The Kitchen Game (Dinking, Volleys, Fast Hands, Overhead Smash)

Each phase is has skills broken down into the simplest elements and then advanced until you are ready to bring it into real game play

First 3 Shots – Forehand Mastery

BUILD A DOMINANT FOREHAND

If your serve, return, or third shot is weak — you’re already on defense.

What You’ll Learn:

  • Forehand mechanics (grip, stance, swing path)

  • Difference stances

  • Understand the movement patterns

  • Understand the swing path patterns

  • Develop the mindset to help you learn faster and quicker so its easier for you to adapt the skills

Training System:

We break the skills into stages:

  • 2D Training – Ball moves vertically only (control + mechanics)

  • 3D Training – Add direction + movement

  • Rally Phase – Repetition under pressure

  • Game Integration 1 – Constraints

  • Game Integration 2 – Full gameplay

Outcome:

  • More winners off your forehand

  • Stronger serve, return and third shot drives

  • Immediate pressure on opponents

Transition Game – Control the Court

GET TO THE KITCHEN. KEEP THEM BACK.

Hook:
Most players lose points moving forward.

The transition zone is where games are won or lost.

What You’ll Learn:

  • Drops- flat, slice, top spin, the chip and charge

  • Reset in the transition zone

  • When to drive vs drop

  • Volley Flicks and off the bounce speed ups

  • Keeping opponents pinned back

Training System:

We break the skills into stages:

  • 2D Training – Ball moves vertically only (control + mechanics)

  • 3D Training – Add direction + movement

  • Rally Phase – Repetition under pressure

  • Game Integration 1 – Constraints

  • Game Integration 2 – Full gameplay

Key Concept:

Don’t rush the kitchen — earn your way in

Outcome:

  • Fewer errors moving forward to the kitchen

  • Ability to hit different types of drops

  • Better control in mid-court and neutralise the game if you are at the baseline

  • Be more aggressive at the net and keep the opponents back

Kitchen Game – Win at the Net

  • Learn the rule of the wrist
