How I can help!

In the first session we go through a comprehensive history and movement assessment to work out your dysfunctions and compensation patterns. We video record how you move so that you can see what is going on and then we create a program specifically tailored to correcting the dysfunctions and working towards your goals.

The second and third session we go through the program to ensure you have optimal technique and know how to do the program

With over 120 additional courses under my belt, I'm committed to delivering rapid results by utilising a wide variety of knowledge and skills learnt and offering personalised programs that encompass movement, nutrition, neurology and mindset to provide a holistic approach and continuous support throughout each client's journey
